Welcome to YAXSO! This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at www.yaxso.com, owned and operated by YAXSO GENERAL TRADING L.L.C–S.P.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped.
- Note: Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and peak seasons.

3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping is available on selected items or when minimum order thresholds are met.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. International Shipping
Currently YAXSO sells its products within the U.A.E. only.
If a customer from outside the UAE orders any product, we can ship worldwide (UAE, GCC, Europe, Asia, North America).
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying import eligibility for the ordered products
- Paying any applicable customs duties and VAT/import tax in their country
- Complying with local regulations regarding restricted or prohibited items
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email or SMS (if applicable).
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided or from your YAXSO account dashboard.
- For any tracking assistance, contact our support team via email or the live chat on our website.
6. Split Shipments
Due to our dropshipping model and global fulfilment centers, your order may arrive in multiple packages if:
- Items are stored in different warehouses
- Items vary in shipping times
- You purchase from multiple suppliers
No extra cost will be charged for split deliveries unless specified.
7. Delivery Address Guidelines
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including building name, floor, apartment/villa number, and correct postal code.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer.
- In case of undeliverable shipments due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
8. Undelivered or Lost Packages
- If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed (more than 45 days), please notify us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will initiate an investigation with the courier and work toward a resolution (reshipment or refund where applicable).
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (Outside UAE)
- Restricted or embargoed countries
- Remote locations with no courier service access
